Organizations must be able to improve the path to employee engagement through the adoption of transformational leadership, whereby employees are assured of the change that accompanies organizational growth. To ensure that an organization's leaders exercise leadership in its operations, a high-level strategy must be devised. Research recommends that organizational leaders use a variety of liberal leadership behaviors or rather adopt liberal but non-autocratic leadership. As a result, Lassiez's leadership has a significant impact on the quality and productivity of employees. Lassie's fair, democratic, and transactional leadership style are recommended as the most effective styles.
