    INFLUENCE OF STRATEGIC PROCUMENT ON THE ORGANIZATION PERFORMANCE OF PUBLIC PARASTAL IN KENYA. A CASE STUDY OF KENGEN

    Strategic procurement is the process of making sure that actions are aligned and consistent. This sets the long-term goals and overall strategy that help the procurement function do its job. The objective of this research will be to find out how strategic procurement affects the performance of parastal organizations in Kenya. A case study of KenGen. The aim of the study was to find out how organizational performance is affected by strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management and procurement information systems. A descriptive research design was used for the study. A stratified random sampling was used to choose 50 staff members from a group of 100 at KenGen. Questionnaires were used to get the information. The Statistical Package for Social Studies (SPSS) version 24 was used to analyze the data for the study. Tables and figures were used to illustrate the findings and results.
