dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the factors affecting the implementation of quality improvement in learning institution in Kenya with reference to Kenya Christian Industrial Training Institute. This study was to be guided by the objectives which are: management commitment, financial resources, internal auditing and organizational culture. The significance of the study was to the management of Kenya Christian Industrial Training Institute, Government, and other manufactures and future researchers. The study adopted descriptive research design. The target population for this study was 109 employees which involved a sample size of 44 respondents. Data to be collected through questionnaire that was to be distributed to the respondents and to be analyzed using both quantitative and qualitative methods and later presented through tables, bar graphs and pie charts.
